     1), the crack.

     2), uneven grinding wheel wear grooves reached 3mm.

     3), the wheel wear groove wall thickness up to 20% of the original.

     4), since the groove bottom diameter of the wheel wear reduction reached 50% of the rope diameter.

     5), other issues related to wire rope damage and other defects.

     Second, the electric Manual hoist crane pulley diameter ratio of the diameter shall be not less than the specified value.

     Third, electric hoist crane pulley groove should be kept smooth, without damage to the wire rope flaw traffic.

     Fourth, should prevent the wire rope electric hoist pulley wheel out of the slot devices.
