Electric hoist hook standard quality requirements

1 hook surfaces should be smooth, without cracks, sharp, burr, delamination and other defects;
(2) shall not have cracks inside hook, white point and affect its safe use of inclusions and other defects;
3  Hoist equipment  lifting accessories hook flaws allow welding;
4 Wear dangerous section shall reach 10% of the original size;
5 openings should be consistent with the provisions of GB10051 in 5.2;
6  lift hoist  accessories hook hook body torsion torsion angle that does not exceed 10 degrees;
7. Dangerous section of the hook shank or may not have plastic deformation; hook thread not corrode.
