2 Scope This standard specifies the design of chain hoists, use, care and maintenance rules and standards for discarding the main components. 3, chain hoists general rules
3.1 each product must be accompanied by product use and maintenance manual, the production license tag and product certification.

4.1 Check before lifting

5.1 Daily inspection and maintenance
5.1.1 Check the lifting chain without excessive wear,lever hoist corrosion, deformation and external damage.

5.1.3 Check the wear and deformation of the hook. Hook should be no cracks, sharp, burrs, corrosion, warping and twisting and other harmful defects.
5.1.4 the transmission parts should be regularly grease, brake friction surfaces must be kept clean and free of grease between, in order to ensure reliable braking performance.
5.1.5 Lifting chain lubricant coating should be used frequently and should not be tainted dirt and other debris to prevent people lifting belt sprocket and deposited in the cavity, affecting the normal engagement.
6, the main components of scrap chain hoists standard

6.1 Hook

6.2 Lifting chain

6.3 Gear
a) tooth thickness wear more than 10% of the nominal size;
